Week 5 plus and weigh-in

There seemed to be many worried faces coming into the weigh- in, but a lot a relieved and happy faces leaving. Hope that all did well. Remember whatever you lost you don't ever have to loose again if you stay with the program. We have been vacationing in Florida and the dinner at Aladdins will be my first. Looking forward to seeing all there.

Week 4

Joined my in-laws in Florida. They like to eat healthy so it was a relatively good week. Ate plenty of sea food and veggies. Did walks just about daily. Only fly in the ointment was one piece of pizza and one salad bar with lobster tail. Walked a little farther the next day.Hope every one is doing well on the program. Very sorry to see Laura leave.

Week three

This  has been the  most challenging week.  Travel to Florida by car. Little exercise for 2 days coming down. Then a rainy day on Saturday. Sunday it was cool but sunny. Got some walking in today. Have been eating close to diet plan. Will increase exercise and return to a more healthy diet on Monday.

Progress

It was nice to get on the scale and see the downward trend. More than that was the feeling of good health from eating good foods and walking. It was a little easier to keep up with the grand kids as well. There is a challenge coming- the trip to Daytona. Lots of food choices and options that don't fit the program will be stareing me in the face. This is what the maintainence program will be like.  There is plenty of beach to walk on and the fresh seafood will help with lean protein. TTFN
